Master Tool Engineering was established in 1979 to provide quality service to the semiconductor industry as a supplier of encapsulating transfer molds and trim and form tooling.

Since then, Master Tool Engineering has kept up with the innovations in the back end assembly operations by manufacturing multi-plunger transfer molds as well as semi-automatic and automatic trim and form systems with built-in flexibility for either the solder dipping process or the electroplating process.
